How can I understand what the Bible says...it’s hard?

I love to do jigsaw puzzles. I like big ones that take weeks to finish. I always start at the smooth edges because those bits are a little easier. After I have an easy part done it is easier to see where the hard parts fit in. It’s okay to read your Bible that way too, starting with the parts that are a little easier to understand. If you have asked God to forgive you and make you part of His family He did! Now He lives in you and wants to help you understand the Bible. Each time you read ask Him to help you understand. Psalm 119:18 says, “Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.”
