God’s Awesome Power in Creation
Reading My Bible
Read Genesis 1:26-30
God created this planet in this awesome universe. He filled the land with plants and animals and filled the skies with birds. He filled the water with fish. Then still on the sixth day God created people. God created man first, and called him Adam and then Eve. Genesis 2:4-7 tells about how God made Adam. Verse 7 says, “And the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being.”
Tonight when you have supper with your family you could play this Creation Game. One person names something that God made. It can be anything. The rest of the family tries to figure out what day God created it. Keep playing until everyone gets a turn to choose a creation.
